You are the first point of contact for all guests, and help make their stay a memorable one. Job Specifications:Starting Wage: $23.00/hr - $27.05/hrEmployment Type: Year Round (11-month) Shift Type: Full Time hours availableMinimum Age: At least 18 years of age Housing Availability: YesJob Responsibilities:Work face-to-face with customersCheck-in guests and condo owners, processing necessary paperwork and credit cardsCheck-out guests and condo owners ensuring posting and collection of paymentsAnswer Call Center and Front Desk Phones in a timely and professional mannerProvide guests with information on Keystone Resort and the surrounding areaHandle all customer needsMaintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all timesHelp resolve discrepancies with guest billsHelp Condo Owners with their ReservationsDrive Guest Courtesy VehicleExpected to be cross-trained with Lodging OperationsCollaborates and works with other Departments including but not limited to: Lodging Operations, Owner Relations, HOA Management, Housekeeping, Maintenance, IT, and SalesOther duties as assignedJob Requirements:High School education or equivalent - RequiredExtensive phone and computer skills with data entry experience - RequiredBasic reading, spelling, and math skills - RequiredAbility to converse clearly and comfortably with many different types of people in English - RequiredAbility to work with guests using good social manners, diplomacy, and tact - RequiredValid US Driver’s License, Clean driving record and must be able to pass a Vail MVR - RequiredAbility to work well under pressure - RequiredPrevious hotel/hospitality experience - PreferredThe expected pay range is$23.00/hr - $27.05/hr.
