CAD Technician

Keller is looking for an experienced CAD Technician to perform structural and geotechnical drawings based out of our Greensboro, NC location. In this position, you will work with a collaborative group of engineers and CAD professionals to interpret design concepts and produce final construction drawings. Responsibilities Providing drafting and designing support by preparing and maintaining engineering drawings Completing red‑lined as‑built drawings Preparing designs from general instruction and preliminary sketches, diagrams, or schematics Providing recommendations for modifications and changes for design improvement and simplification Producing complex technical drawings Preparing working drawings from conceptual layout to detailed finished product Coordinating CAD projects with other team members Generating and coordinating files for project layout Qualifications AS or BS Degree preferred Civil 3D experience preferred 0–2 years’ experience working as a CAD Tech/Drafter Sound technical knowledge Problem solving and commonsense Communication and teamwork Commercial instincts Get‑it‑done attitude Additional Information Salary Range : $42,000 – $65,000 per year. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law.
