Miami Global OBGYN, led by Dr. Kohn, is seeking a passionate and skilled OB/GYN Physician to join their thriving practice in Miami. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic services in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. The practice is dedicated to high-quality, compassionate, and personalized care for women, utilizing state-of-the-art medical technology in a new 5,000 sq. ft. clinic. Practice Info Specializes in comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic services, from prenatal and postpartum care to gynecological surgeries, pelvic floor repair, and reproductive health Fosters a collaborative, team-oriented environment Operates in a new 5,000 sq. ft. clinic equipped with state-of-the-art medical technology Provides care to a diverse patient population Responsibilities Provide full-scope obstetric care, including prenatal, and postpartum services for an average of 7-10 deliveries each month Manage high-risk pregnancies and perform necessary interventions to ensure the best outcomes for both mother and baby Conduct routine and complex gynecological examinations, including performing gynecologic surgeries and minimally invasive procedures Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated, patient-centered care Participate in on-call rotations as needed Compensation ~ Competitive salary based on experience Benefits Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Generous holiday schedule CME allowance Malpractice insurance coverage Retirement savings plan with employer contribution Shift & Schedule ~ Manageable 1:2 call rotation with a very light on-call schedule Requirements MD/DO degree from an accredited institution Ability to get or already hold a valid medical license to practice in the state of Florida Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred MIGS experience is preferred Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
