About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to serve as a key strategic and administrative partner to the President. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including but not limited to, facilitating strategic planning, institutional project execution, and working with the Board of Trustees. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage the day-to-day operations of the President's Office in a confidential and efficient manner. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in managing the President's communications, financial administration, and records, as well as coordinating presidential meetings, events, and logistics. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 5 years' professional experience in executive administration, institutional planning, project management, or a related field. The role demands a candidate with a strong commitment to the mission and values of the institution, including the ability to work in a student-centered, performance-based environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting senior leaders, managing complex and confidential matters, and leading cross-functional projects. Excellent communication skills, the ability to build productive relationships, and a high level of proficiency in organizational and project management are essential. Experience in higher education, nonprofit, or other mission-driven organizations is also a plus.
