Job Description

Looking for a kitchen Manager; Who is certified & skilled. Attention to detail, Customer service skills, Sanitation qualified and pro active. This is not an entry level job. Problem solving and all around go-getter. Sign up bonuses and quarterly bonuses for qualified people. Above average pay. I am looking for a lead chef who will work the line and manage shift line-cooks. Weekends and nights are required including Holidays. This is an hourly wage position; Salary can be discussed as quality is reviewed. The job description includes all tasks involved with running and managing a commercial kitchen

This will be a sous chef level with ordering and menu setting skills
