Machine Operator
Flexible Metal Inc is seeking Machine Operators whose primarily responsible is to operate machinery to run parts for production meeting productivity and quality standards.
Base pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday Thursday, 5AM 3:30PM, overtime and weekends as needed

Essential Roles And Responsibilities
- Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner adhering to company safety policies
- Inspect parts for proper dimensions and visual defects as well as assist in identifying the cause of errors and other defects
- Observe continuous operation of machines to ensure products meet quality specifications and detect jams or malfunctions and report them to the Team Lead
- Accurately complete proper documentation for each operation
- Must make clean and effective hand-offs from shift-to-shift. Complete basic tasks
- Follow directions and work well in a team
- Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment
- Adhere to all company policies
- Maintains regular and predictable attendance
- Other duties as assigned
