Landscape Maintenance Foreman / Crew Leader

The Landscape Maintenance Foreman / Crew Leader is a hands-on leadership role responsible for guiding a crew to deliver high-quality landscape maintenance services. This seasonal, full-time position offers the opportunity to work outdoors, develop leadership skills, and contribute to the company's reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside a landscape maintenance crew to complete daily tasks efficiently and safely
- Oversee the quality of landscape maintenance services, including site cleanup and adherence to company standards
- Ensure the crew has the necessary tools, materials, and safety equipment for each job
- Communicate effectively with managers, clients, and crew members to coordinate work and resolve issues
- Complete required reporting and utilize data entry software as needed
- Maintain a safe work environment and promote adherence to safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of professional landscape maintenance experience, including crew leadership
- Knowledge of horticultural practices and experience operating commercial landscape equipment
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Motivated, reliable, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Strong English communication skills; Spanish language skills are a plus
- Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States
Compensation
$20.00 – $25.00 per hour , based on experience. Overtime pay available.
