Exciting Opportunity for an RN - LDRPN!

We're looking for passionate and skilled Registered Nurses specializing in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum Nursing. This is your chance to be part of an innovative healthcare environment focused on excellence and compassion.

• Shift: Nights 7P - 7A
• Patient Ratio:
  • 1:2 for Labor & Delivery
  • 1:6 (3 moms/3 babies) for Postpartum
• Role Overview:
  • Provide top-notch nursing care through the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
  • Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
  • Administer medications and treatments, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
  • Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care provided.
  • Assess learning needs and educate patients, families, and caregivers.
• Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related specialty preferred.
  • Current BLS (AHA only) required.
  • RN License in state of TX or compact required.
  • Complete New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire.
  • Perinatal RN Residency or recent practice in a Perinatal Setting preferred.
  • Current certifications required: AWHONN Intermediate FHM or NCC Electronic Fetal Monitoring, STABLE, NRP, and ACLS (AHA only).
