Role Description The Agency Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Lake Charles, LA, supporting the efficient operation of agency activities for Chubb Benefits. This position is responsible for coordinating communications between internal teams, brokers, and clients, scheduling meetings, and managing documentation related to benefit products and services. The Agency Coordinator will handle data entry, maintain accurate records of policies and client information, and assist with reporting and tracking of agency performance metrics. The role includes providing administrative support to sales and account management teams, preparing presentations and materials, and ensuring timely follow-up on inquiries and requests. The Agency Coordinator will also contribute to process improvements and uphold compliance and quality standards in all agency operations.\n

• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to coordinate agency activities and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite), data entry, and basic reporting to maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal teams, brokers, and clients in a professional manner.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to support compliance, quality assurance, and process improvements.

• Customer service mindset with the ability to respond promptly and courteously to inquiries and provide reliable support.

• Ability to work on-site in Lake Charles, LA, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in insurance, employee benefits, or agency coordination is preferred but not required.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, administration, or a related field is a plus.
