Job Duties

• Answer incoming calls and document customer interactions accurately.
• Provide customized communication services to clients nationwide.
• Assist with housing authority inquiries, maintenance requests, and general information.
• Process healthcare-related messages, appointment requests, and urgent communications.
• Support safety hotline operations involving students, parents, and school personnel.
• Handle calls related to government agencies and public service programs.
• Document reports involving adult and child protective services concerns.
• Route messages and escalate urgent matters according to established procedures.
• Communicate through phone, email, and text platforms as needed.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Additional education or training in sales, business, communications, marketing, or customer service is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills with the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
• Ability to identify customer needs, explain products or services, and confidently present appropriate solutions.
• Ability to handle inbound or outbound calls while accurately documenting customer and sales information.
• Comfort working with sales goals, performance expectations, call volumes, and measurable productivity standards.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate CRM systems, customer records, sales applications, or multiple software programs during customer conversations.
• Professionalism, persistence, dependable attendance, and the ability to remain positive throughout a fast-paced sales environment.

• Ability to maintain concentration, productivity, and professional communication in a fast-paced call center environment.
