Operations Support Coordinator

To ensure the smooth execution of operational processes, the full-time remote Data Services Operations Coordinator will manage agile sprint mechanics, maintain project board hygiene, and coordinate release schedules while acting as a key operational anchor for departmental leads. Key responsibilities: Coordinate and facilitate agile ceremonies, ensuring effective sprint execution and board hygiene Track release dependencies and escalate risks to delivery leadership while maintaining active issue logs Administer financial compliance processes, including milestone tracking and operational expenditure logging Required qualifications: 3+ years of experience in project coordination, scrum mastering, or operations within a data or software engineering environment Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts and SDLC stages Demonstrated ability to work independently within established guidelines Familiarity with financial logging processes (CapEx/OpEx)
