Sr finance and accounting manager

Responsibilities

• CPA (required)
• Experience working for Product or Tech companies
• Public accounting experience (preferably with a Big 4 firm)
• Excellent experience in:

    • Monthly financial close processes
    • Global consolidations
  • Financial statement preparation
    • Monthly close
    • Reporting schedules
    • Earnings
    • Scripts
    • SEC/10Q reporting
    • Annual reporting
    • Consolidations
    • Acquisition Integration Accounting
    • Work Paper Review
  • Technical Accounting
  • Experience working for a Product or Tech company
    • Prefers staying away from financial services candidates
  • We are looking for a hands-on ("roll-up the sleeves") type of person. Do not want a directing or delegating type of candidate
