Required Skills:
• IT vendor and contractor management (5 Years)
• IT asset and software license tracking (5 Years)
• Project coordination and ticket/task management (5 Years)
• Help desk triage and escalation (5 Years)
• Website content coordination (not development) (5 Years)
• General networking and systems knowledge (awareness level) (3 Years)
• Microsoft Office/productivity tools (3 Years)

Preferred Skills:
• Cybersecurity awareness and VITA/COV compliance coordination (2 Years)
• Hands-on network or systems administration (3 Years)
• Hands-on cybersecurity engineering (3 Years)
• VITA IT procurement / eVA system experience (3 Years)

Additional Information: Position is located at the client's current offices in New Kent, VA. The agency is in the middle of reviewing new office space in Richmond, VA. A hybrid work arrangement may be considered at the supervisor's discretion (after the manager has a chance to evaluate their performance). The selected candidate should plan on coming into the office until after that evaluation occurs.
