What You’ll Do- Configure and run CNC equipment based on specifications and engineering drawings.
- Keep a close eye on operations to sustain quality and throughput.
- Perform routine care and basic troubleshooting to keep machines dependable.
- Verify finished parts meet dimensional and quality standards before release.
- Partner with teammates to fine-tune processes and eliminate waste.
- Uphold a tidy, safe, and organized production area.
- Record production details and escalate issues to supervision promptly.
- High school diploma or equivalent; machining-related certification or technical training preferred.
- Hands-on experience as a CNC operator (or similar machining role).
- Solid grasp of CNC machinery and fundamental programming concepts.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Keen attention to detail and a practical, problem-solving mindset.
- Comfort working both independently and collaboratively.
- Clear communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- CNC tooling knowledge and application.
- Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- CNC programming literacy.
- Confident tape measure and dimensional reading.
- CNC machine setup and changeover proficiency.
- Advanced part inspection and gauge measurement.
- Setting up machines for efficient production runs.
