Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We’re looking for a BCBA who wants to provide high-quality care without excessive productivity expectations. What we offer: $85,000–$115,000 base salary Up to $26,000 in annual billable bonuses Only 20 billable hours per week 20 days PTO Health, dental & vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Mileage reimbursement Flexible scheduling Spanish-speaking differential You’ll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, analyze client progress, provide caregiver training, and collaborate with families. Requirements: Current BCBA certification, master’s degree in ABA or a related field, and Nevada LBA or ability to obtain.
