Maintenance Technician (part time)

Maintenance Staff PositionApartment community in North Berwick seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and dependable individual to join our team on a part time (24 hours per week) basis. Under direction will be responsible for the on-going maintenance and upkeep of the building, equipment, facilities and grounds. Excellent communication skills are essential as this position involves coordinating on a regular basis with management and coworkers, residents, and subcontractors.
