Overview: A Senior Recruiter drives successful placements of clinicians across multiple healthcare specialties by building strong relationships and proactively sourcing candidates. Responsibilities: Meet or exceed placement goals through prospecting, pre-screening, and activating candidate leads via cold calls, emails, and texts. Identify suitable job opportunities, create compelling profiles, and coordinate interviews with account managers. Drive offer acceptance, maintain rapport with clinicians, and support assignment extensions and rebooking. Ensure accurate data entry and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred. Prior sales and healthcare knowledge are a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and time management skills are essential. Comfortable using technology platforms.
