Job Duties and Responsibilities

The DISH TV Brand Marketing team drives brand strategy, planning, messaging, and consistency across the entire marketing organization. The Sr Associate Brand Manager addresses top-funnel awareness and consideration challenges for the DISH and DishLATINO brands to improve overall perception and spark customer acquisition. Leading integrated brand campaign planning and agency management with minimal supervision, this role creates a strong brand halo while unifying cross-functional goals. Strategic execution balances message integrity, budget optimization, and audience expansion across diverse prospective customer segments.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives):

• Lead annual brand strategy, communication plans, and core content pillars to align cross-functional initiatives with broader department OKRs
• Direct integrated advertising campaign lifecycles from creative briefing through production and testing, driving measurable top-funnel awareness and acquisition outcomes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external creative agencies, managing SOW processes, campaign routing, and weekly status alignment
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, messaging fact sheets, and toolkits to preserve brand consistency across all marketing outputs
• Leverage AI tools to streamline consumer insights analysis, optimize campaign asset creation, and enhance messaging development
• Manage total brand marketing spend, tracking performance, executing accruals, and optimizing budget allocations to maximize ROI

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring):

• Strategic brand planning expertise to guide full-funnel integrated campaigns across TV, digital, radio, social, and PR
• AI Application and Literacy skills to improve marketing collateral workflows, research synthesis, and creative ideation
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence capabilities to align Consumer Insights, Product, Media, Legal, and Finance teams
• Results-oriented analytical skills with an understanding of brand health, media performance metrics, and data interpretation
• Critical experience leading external agency management, SOW development, and high-volume video production cycles; possessing end-to-end project management capabilities to thrive under tight deadlines
• Strategic message and claims development expertise tailored to distinct consumer segments, including DishLATINO tactics

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum Experience: Critical experience in brand marketing, strategy, production, or campaign management with a track record of driving cross-functional alignment
• Required Technical Skills: Must have experience with:
• Integrated marketing campaign planning and execution
• Creative agency management and SOW development
• Brand marketing budget tracking, forecasting, and optimization

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
