What You'll Do:

• Lead and support daily shifts to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest service
• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to reach their potential
• Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling and leadership
• Ensure compliance with Culver's operational standards and food safety procedures
• Partner with leadership to drive results and create a high-performing team

What We're Looking For:

• 1-2 years of restaurant or supervisory experience preferred
• Demonstrated skills in ownership and responsibility
• Strong communication and organization skills
• A genuine smiling personality and team-first attitude
• A passion for hospitality and helping others succeed
