Your Impact You'll provide skilled nursing visits and infusion therapy, perform patient assessments, administer treatments, manage vascular access devices, and educate patients and families. Your expertise will help patients safely receive complex care at home while promoting comfort, independence, and positive outcomes. What We're Looking For We're seeking an RN with an active Texas license, current CPR/BLS certification, strong peripheral IV skills, and experience with infusion therapy. Experience managing PICC lines, ports, midlines, and other vascular access devices is highly valued, along with strong communication and clinical assessment skills.
