Your New Role

• Perform drain cleaning services for residential and commercial customers

• Unclog sewers, kitchen sinks, bathroom sinks, tubs, toilets, and other drainage systems using drain cleaning equipment

• Operate small and large drain cleaning machines safely and effectively

• Perform hydro jetting services on main and secondary drain lines

• Conduct sewer camera inspections and diagnose drainage issues

• Explain identified problems and recommended solutions to customers

• Present service options and obtain customer approval before beginning work

• Perform minor plumbing repairs as needed

• Remove and reset toilets and P-traps when required

• Maintain service vehicle, equipment, and inventory levels

• Transport materials and tools to job sites

• Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently

• Collect and process customer payments when necessary

• Deliver outstanding customer service on every call

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Relevant drain cleaning, plumbing, or related field experience preferred

• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered

• Valid driver's license required

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot drain and sewer system issues

• Experience operating drain cleaning machines, sewer snakes, hydro jetting equipment, and sewer inspection cameras preferred

• Basic knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems

• Ability to perform physical work in various environments

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Candidates living within approximately 30 miles of Danville, IN are encouraged to apply
