As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Andrew Gawron - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries and resolving issues, maintaining customer records and updating information as needed, assisting with customer retention strategies, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications include communication and problem-solving skills, experience in customer service preferred, and the ability to handle high-stress situations calmly. Compensation is $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
