DOT Compliance Specialist

Ensuring compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations, the full-time remote DOT Compliance Specialist will manage internal and external compliance reporting, conduct driver training and assessments, and coordinate regulatory documentation and compliance initiatives. Key responsibilities Manage compliance reporting and provide advice while conducting compliance investigations Evaluate trends and implement measures to prevent accidents and ensure adherence to regulations Administer DOT mandated drug and alcohol testing and facilitate safety committee meetings Required qualifications 4-6 years of transportation compliance experience Extensive knowledge of DOT and FMCSA rules and regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects Experience in conducting training and maintaining compliance documentation
