LEAD COOK – DUKE'S @ Travis Club

Dukes is the casual yet refined dining outlet at Travis Club, set right on the shores of Lake Travis. Our private community is tucked away in the Texas Hill Country yet minutes from Austin, with amenities that include a private marina, championship golf, multiple pools and 30+ miles of trails. The heart of the community is our lakefront club, a hub for gathering, dining and socializing.

What You'll Do

· Prepare and execute menu items to recipe standards

· Assist with daily prep and production

· Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen

· Support inventory and receiving procedures

· Contribute to a positive and professional team culture

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years cooking in a professional kitchen (club experience preferred).
• Excel in a variety of cooking styles and techniques.
• Knowledge of food safety rules and regulations.
