Quick Facts Location: Fort Worth, TX (5400 Clearfork Main Street) Start Date: 09/01/2026 End Date: 03/02/2027 Schedule: Day shifts, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm (Monday to Thursday or Friday as needed) Hours per Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Temporary, ongoing assignment License/Certifications: Texas license (pending acceptable) required, Board Certification in Surgery or related specialty Experience: Minimum 1-2 years preferred, surgical first assist experience ideal Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $114.57 Pay Package Details: Paid weekly via direct deposit Benefits: Competitive pay Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Weekly pay schedule Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable 24/7 dedicated support team throughout your assignment Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws What You’ll Do Function as the primary first assist in the OR across multiple surgical specialties including Urology, Gynecology Oncology, Endo Surgery, and Otology Assist with approximately 2-3 cases daily, including robotic procedures (Urology and Gyn Onc) and general surgery Collaborate closely with surgical teams in scheduled operating room blocks Support patient care through pre-operative and post-operative involvement on inpatient and outpatient units Adhere to all facility policies and safety protocols during surgical procedures What You Need Valid Texas RN license (pending acceptable or provisional license) Certification as a Nurse Practitioner with surgical first assist experience preferred Minimum 1-2 years of surgical or perioperative experience Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to obtain credentialing within 60-90 days About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Fort Worth, TX, known for its state-of-the-art surgical programs and collaborative care teams.
