If you are looking for a meaningful career, a culture of excellence, and the ability to make a difference, we want to talk to you!Titan Security is hiring a Front Desk Concierge for the Willis Tower in Downtown Chicago.Responsibilities of the Front Desk Concierge include, but are not limited to:Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business informationMaintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or propertyControl access for tenants, visitors or vendors as requiredRecord data on incidents for building and Titan Security managementOther duties as assignedRequired Qualifications of the Front Desk Concierge include:Must be at least 18 years of ageAvailable for 2 of 3 shiftsMust have experience as a door staff professional or in a receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant positionHigh School diploma or general education degree (GED)Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC), including state accredited training requirementsAble to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background checkAble to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishAble to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weatherPreferred Qualifications of the Front Desk Concierge include:Bi-lingual considered a plusPay and Benefits of the Front Desk Concierge include:Position starts between $19.00 / Hour to $ 20.00/ HourPaid time off and paid holidaysMedical, Dental, and Vision insuranceOpportunities for career growth and promotionSkills-enhancing trainingEOE/M/F/D/V
