Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Behavioral Health Technician based in Douglasville, GA, with some flexibility for remote work. The Behavioral Health Technician will implement evidence-based behavioral interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering one-on-one therapy to clients, monitoring progress, collecting data, and collaborating with families to support the development of life-appropriate skills. Maintaining clear communication with the supervising BCBA and adhering to treatment plans are key components of this role. Qualifications Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Strong understanding of Behavioral Intervention methods with a foundational knowledge of Psychology Effective Communication skills for collaboration with supervisors, clients, and families Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred but not required Ability to collect and analyze data related to behavior Compassionate and patient approach when working with children and families Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends, as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr Achievement Behavior Services
