Operations Manager

Position Summary The Operations Manager is a member of the Store Management team and supports the Store Manager in the total leadership and strategic operation of a CVS/pharmacy store. The role focuses on store execution and performance, building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service, and maintaining an engaged, productive store team through strong leadership and initiative. Responsibilities Overall store management, supervision, and policy implementation Sales and inventory management Employee staffing, training, and development Financial management Customer service leadership Essential Functions Management Lead others and work effectively with store crews Supervise, assign, and direct activities of the store’s crew Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner Support the Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement Customer Service Assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank) Required Qualifications Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills, and computer skills Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills Ability to work a full‑time flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, overtime, and urgent issue response Preferred Qualifications Experience as a retail manager or supervisor Education High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 hours Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is $19.00 – $29.00 per hour, based on experience, education, geography, and other factors.
