Senior Analyst- Client Accounting Services

Position Summary Sikich is seeking a Senior Analyst who will be responsible for executing daily accounting and finance responsibilities for a variety of clients within the business processing outsource (BPO) – mid market area. What will you do in this role? Execute daily accounting and finance responsibilities for our clients. Perform month‑end close and other recurring finance and accounting focused tasks. Build and implement financial and operational infrastructure on client engagements. Streamline reporting and processes. Analyze data sets in Excel for key trends and observations. Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure a consistent work product. Manage multiple workstreams and projects in a logical, organized, and process‑driven manner. What do you need to succeed in this role? Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, preferred. Five (5) plus years of experience in an accounting or finance role, required. Previous consulting, accounting, or finance positions, preferred. Proactive innovator with ability to work under limited supervision or in a team environment; ability to handle tight timelines. Strong analytical and time management skills. Effective communicator with comfort in asking questions. Intermediate Excel skills required; experience with other Microsoft Office products, preferred. In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the midpoint of the salary range for this role is $96,700. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
