Supervisory Program Analyst

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the NAVAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING COMMAND located in Millington, Tennessee. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Serving as a principal advisor to executive leadership (e.g., General/Flag Officer, Senior Executive Service level) on the strategic direction, design, and implementation of enterprise-level business processes for major supply chain, human capital, or manpower programs; Directing the development, monitoring, and execution of an enterprise-level military enlisted/personnel supply chain process and overseeing accession or quota management as an authoritative source; Leading the development of enterprise performance metrics, leading/lagging indicators, and strategic briefings to inform executive decisions and represent the organization on joint-service or enterprise-level committees; Providing supervisory and administrative oversight by directing subordinate supervisors (e.g., GS-14 or military equivalent level) and multi-disciplinary teams in the execution of key program objectives.
