Office Associate

Full-Time Office Associate (MondayFriday, 10:00 AM 6:00 PM)
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Associate to join our team full-time. This position requires a motivated individual who is organized, reliable, and capable of managing essential day-to-day administrative tasks independently in a fast-paced office setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort and organize a high volume of incoming daily mail
- Pick up office mail (must have a car)
- Scan and upload documents to Dropbox
- Log and track daily payments with accuracy
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Must have access to a personal vehicle and valid drivers license
- Must be proficient in using a computer, Excel, Google Sheets, and Dropbox
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Professional communication and time management skills
- Must provide professional references upon request
Schedule:
- Full-time: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
