• Customer service, Policy and Procedures, Financial Aid, Banking, Veterans Admin, etc.

Mandatory skills/certification(s) Requirement:

• Communication, reading, writing, speaking, math

Desired skills:

• Working in a college or university, policy interpretation

Duties/Responsibilities:
As assigned by the Financial Aid Coordinator:

• Answer phones, emails, and in-person inquiries
• Review loan applications
• Assist with financial aid applications
• Assist the Loan Officer and other staff
