Grieco Mercedes Benz of Oxnard seeking BDC Representatives to join our dynamic and growing Service Team. Top candidates will need to be professional, possess a positive attitude, have a confident and outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Coordinating all incoming requests made via telephone or online.
• Searching for potential services leads.
• Booking appointments for the Sales Advisors.
• Acting as a first point of contact for our Customers.
• Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
• Working with the different departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior experience in a dealership or showroom setting.
• Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, time management, and interpersonal skills.

• Professional personal appearance.
• Must be willing to take on any other duties assigned.
• Integrity, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic required.
• Must have a willing to learn mentality.
