What You’ll Do
• Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and siding
• Educate customers on insurance restoration and replacement options
• Generate and manage your own pipeline
• Close deals and oversee projects from start to finish
• Represent the Spot On brand with professionalism
What We’re Looking For
• Recent college graduate or early-career professional
• Strong communication skills
• Competitive mindset (sports, leadership, or sales background is a plus)
• Self-motivated and disciplined
• Comfortable working outdoors and in the field
Compensation
• Commission-based with uncapped earning potential
• First-year reps typically earn $60,000–$100,000+
• Top performers exceed six figures
