As a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk Guest Services in Rock Hill, SC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a healthcare location, you will welcome patients, visitors, and staff while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. You will support access control, monitor activity, assist with routine security-related inquiries, and help maintain an orderly environment. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $14.40 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service at a healthcare facility front desk by greeting visitors, patients, staff, and vendors; providing directions; and communicating site-specific access procedures.
• Monitor entry points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate visitor and access-related records.
• Assist with managing visitor flow in accordance with healthcare location policies, including directing guests to appropriate waiting areas and departments.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and follow emergency response procedures.
• Maintain a professional, courteous presence at a stationary front desk post while helping to deter unauthorized access and reporting suspicious activity or policy concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
