Property Manager

We're looking for an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of a residential community and lead a team that delivers outstanding service, strong financial performance, and a place residents are proud to call home. What You\'ll Do Lead all aspects of day-to-day property operations, ensuring the community is well maintained, financially successful, and resident-focused. Hire, coach, develop, and motivate a high-performing onsite team. Drive leasing, occupancy, renewals, resident retention, and overall revenue performance. Develop and manage the property\'s annual operating budget and monitor financial performance. Review financial statements, operating expenses, rent collections, and variances. Partner with maintenance and service teams to ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards. Build strong relationships with residents and proactively address concerns and opportunities. Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and property services. Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable laws, and safety requirements. Conduct regular property inspections and identify opportunities to improve the resident experience and property performance. Work closely with regional leadership and corporate teams on operational and strategic initiatives. Analyze property performance and implement solutions that improve efficiency, profitability, and resident satisfaction. What We\'re Looking For 3+ years of residential property management experience , preferably in multifamily. Proven experience leading and developing onsite teams. Strong understanding of leasing, resident relations, maintenance operations, and property financials. Experience managing budgets, financial statements, and operating expenses. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Strong customer service mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally. Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Yardi or other property management software is a plus. Bachelor\'s degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
