We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our team for a 7-month contract. This role involves managing recruitment for customer service and support roles, with a focus on both non-exempt and exempt positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full cycle recruitment and documentation within regulated environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of full cycle recruitment experience, including end-to-end processes.
• Experience in customer operations hiring, managing 8-12 non-exempt hires and 4-6 exempt hires per month post-onboarding.
• 3-5 years of experience in recruiting for both agencies and large organizations.
• High volume recruitment experience is required.
• Familiarity with Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong multi-tasking abilities and a process-driven mindset.
• Accurate documentation skills are crucial.
• Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with customer service and support roles.
• Strong candidate relationship management skills.
• Experience in a highly regulated company.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate pipelining, client management, and interview scheduling.
• Handle offers and coordinate with the background check team.
• Support high-volume pipeline management to identify the best talent.
