Temporary Full-time or Part-time Recruiter

Role Overview

The Recruiter will provide full‑cycle recruiting for clinical and non‑clinical areas of Westminster Canterbury Richmond through the development and execution of recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas to fill open positions.

Reports to: Director of Human Resources. Full‑time, Permanent role. Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Salary range: $62,000 to $72,000, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute recruiting plans with management to efficiently fill open positions.

Lead recruiting and interview plan for identified positions, including applicant review and pre‑screening interviews. Participate in interview panels as appropriate.

Stay on top of emerging recruiting and onboarding trends and recommend improvements to attract talent and enhance applicant experience.

Ensure prompt posting and maintenance of job openings in appropriate venues, including websites, social and professional networking sites, publications, newspapers and other sources.

Identify and coordinate attendance at job fairs and company recognition events within the community.

Cultivate a solid social media presence for recruitment using established employment branding.

Serve as facilitator at the New Employee Orientation, coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Possess knowledge of recruitment and sourcing practices and employment laws related to recruitment.

Establish effective relationships and market the organization effectively.

Have good working knowledge of web‑based recruitment applications, including social media sites and online recruitment tools.

Maintain a record of current trends and best practices in recruitment and retention.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience to fulfill duties.

Two years progressive recruitment experience.

Experience recruiting for a broad range of positions and/or industries.

Ability to recruit a diverse candidate pool and work with a variety of hiring managers.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Knowledge of employment laws and onboarding best practices.

Proficiency with web‑based recruitment tools and social media platforms.
