Recovery Wellness Center is actively seeking dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our committed team in a full-time capacity. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Recovery Wellness Center, you will:

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions aimed at addressing a variety of issues such as communication difficulties, grief and loss, job stress, and family conflicts.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client and their families, ensuring effective strategies for coping and conflict resolution.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate healing and foster positive changes in behavior and mindset.
• Engage in regular supervision and consultation with your peers to enhance the quality of care and share best practices.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes, adhering to state regulations and ethical standards.
• Actively participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and contribute to service development and improvement initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your expertise will be applied to a diverse range of patients, including:

• Individuals and families dealing with relational conflicts, including siblings and blended families.
• Clients facing challenges related to substance abuse, trauma, and grief.
• Children and adolescents who require specialized therapeutic interventions to navigate life transitions such as separation, divorce, or blended family dynamics.
• Adults struggling with job-related stress, medical issues, and other psychological challenges.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A commitment to evidence-based practices and a passion for patient-centered care.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome applications from newly licensed and experienced therapists alike, the following additional experience is preferred:

• Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adult clients.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technologies that enhance remote patient engagement.
• Background in family systems therapy or other relevant therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits

Recovery Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 annually, with the potential for unlimited earnings based on performance and patient load. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
