Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Empathic Pathways Counseling, your work will involve:

• Conducting initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of patients' mental health conditions.

• Providing individual therapy sessions to clients and coordinating couples sessions that may involve the entire family unit.

• Implementing evidence-based treatment plans to address a spectrum of issues, including alcohol abuse, conflicts among family members, grief and loss, and adjustment issues related to separation and divorce.

• Facilitating effective communication among family members to resolve conflicts and improve relationships.

• Utilizing teletherapy and in-person consultations as the situation demands, ensuring flexibility in treatment approaches.

• Documenting progress notes and maintaining accurate patient records to comply with regulatory standards and contribute to quality assurance.
