Job Title: Warehouse Associate (2nd Shift)

Location: Irving, TX (75038)
Employment Type: 12-Month Contract (W2) | With possibility of extension!
Pay Rate: $18.50 - $20.24/hr
Shift: 2nd Shift

• Monday - Wednesday: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thursday - Friday: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM

Role Overview:

BEPC is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate (2nd Shift) to support warehouse and order fulfillment operations at our client’s climate-controlled facility in Irving, TX. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with experience in shipping and receiving, order pulling, inventory management, and RF hand scanners. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and dependable, with the ability to maintain inventory accuracy and meet established performance, quality, and attendance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily warehouse and material handling duties in a climate-controlled environment.
• Pick, pull, fill, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently.
• Utilize RF hand scanners to process and track warehouse materials.
• Perform inventory counts and help maintain accurate inventory records.
• Verify part numbers and lot numbers to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Support shipping, receiving, package handling, and order fulfillment activities.
• Meet and sustain established performance, quality, productivity, and attendance standards.
• Follow all established safety procedures and workplace protocols.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Communicate and collaborate positively with team members to support an efficient work environment.
• Sit, stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch as required to perform job duties.
• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
  

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience .
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.
• Experience with order fulfillment and order pulling.
• Experience using RF hand scanners preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with part numbers and lot numbers.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and counts.
• Ability to consistently meet performance, quality, and attendance expectations.
• Commitment to workplace safety and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
• Forklift certification is not required, and this position does not require forklift operation. Previous forklift experience is a plus.
