Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Inpatient Rehab RN for a 13-week travel contract at a 40-bed acute rehabilitation hospital in Brownsburg, IN, working weekend day shifts Friday through Sunday.

Details

• 40-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital (IRF) setting
• Patient population includes adults recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injuries
• Patient ratio of 1:6
• EMR: Epic
• Day shift: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Friday through Sunday
• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend requirement

Requirements

• Active RN license in Indiana or a Compact RN license currently in hand
• AHA certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of inpatient rehab nursing experience required
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide specialized rehabilitation nursing care to adult patients across a broad range of diagnoses and recovery stages
• Navy scrubs required
• Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for this travel position
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Candidates who are employed full time elsewhere are not eligible
