We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our high-energy team at our Pooler, GA manufacturing facility. Description

Location: Pooler, GA Compensation: $22$30/hr, dependent on experience Schedule: Static schedule (3 days on, 3 days off) Benefits: On-site gym, and on-site chef prepares daily breakfast and lunch for employees

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations in the workplace
• Perform electrical maintenance, inspection, installation, and repair on a variety of CNC and automated machinery supporting aluminum and sheet metal manufacturing
• Implement and support new machinery/infrastructure installations, schedule and conduct preventive maintenance and repairs
• Read and interpret blueprints, manufacturers' drawings, schematics, and overhaul instructions
• Utilize and maintain records in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 46 years' experience in electrical and technical maintenance, with the ability to complete basic mechanical repairs and upgrades
• Strong controls, PLC, and troubleshooting skills, with mechanical aptitude and a safety-focused mindset
• Logical thinking, analytical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and able to meet deadlines consistently
• Experience with CNC and milling machinery
• Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and machining operations
• History of leading equipment maintenance projects from start to finish
• Collaborative team player with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
