Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Acute Care with Telemetry

This is a 13-week contract position.

Nights, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. No on-call requirements.

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a role in Medical Surgical Acute Care with Telemetry. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a medical surgical setting, including the management of telemetry and progressive care patients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct nursing assessments and develop patient care plans.
• Administer medications and IV therapies as needed.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and telemetry readings.
• Ensure continuous care and support for patients in acute and swing bed settings.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current RN licensure in Indiana.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Experience with IV starts and telemetry management.
