Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a dedicated Occupational Therapist supporting student success in a dynamic educational setting near Minneapolis, MN! We're seeking three passionate OTs—two for full-time assignments and one as a long-term substitute for the initial months of the school year (exact dates to be determined). With a start date of September 8, 2026, and running through June 10, 2027, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping students thrive across a supportive and collaborative environment.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy (OT) license with previous experience in school settings strongly preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of 20–40 students, particularly those in setting 4 (supporting students with significant needs)
• Effective communication and collaboration skills when working with students, teachers, and family members
• Strong organization and time management abilities to balance caseload and documentation
• Enthusiasm and flexibility to adapt within a multi-disciplinary educational team

Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted OT services according to Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
• Develop, implement, and monitor OT interventions in both individual and group settings
• Complete evaluations, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings
• Work primarily in one building, with potential visits to South, North, Ann Bremer, and West Education Centers as needed
• Collaborate with other educators, support staff, and families to optimize student development and independence
