Job Title: First Assist Technician Profession: CST/ORT Specialty: First Assist Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Not specified Certifications: CSFA, CFA Must-Have: At least 2 years First Assist experience Description: Unit Information: Number of Operating Rooms: 15 Number of Staff: 120 Typical hiring profile: Must have 2 years of First Assist experience. Preferred candidates will have skills in General Surgery, Urology, GYN, Spine, Neuro, Ortho, Robotics, Vascular, and others. Weekends and on-call shifts may be required, with 4-5 call shifts per month. Scrub color and attire will be provided by the hospital. Best personality fit is sought to complement the team dynamic. This role will involve a variety of surgical procedures across multiple specialties. Candidates without the required skills will not be considered for the role.
