Manufacturing Operations Manager (96389) Braintree, England Salary: GBP60000 - GBP75000 per annum + depending on experience Manufacturing Operations Manager – Precision Machining | Braintree | £60,000–£75,000 A well-established precision CNC machining business, recently acquired by an established international engineering group, is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Manager to help build the operational structure that supports a significant growth phase. This is not a caretaker role. The business has strong technical capability and a skilled, experienced shopfloor team. What it needs now is someone who can bring production leadership, planning discipline, KPI accountability and people development, and who wants to be close to the work while they do it. The opportunity Substantial investment is already committed, additional machine capacity, headcount growth, more complex work packages and stronger systems. The intention is to grow the business significantly over the next three to five years, and the person coming into this role will have a direct hand in shaping how that happens.
