Consultant Duties & Responsibilities Conduct industry research and market analysis to inform strategies Work directly with clients to pinpoint areas of importance, develop actionable strategies, and implement recommendations Work closely with project team to set objectives and manage milestones to ensure delivery on time Independently prepare high-quality deliverables in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio and other tools as needed Embrace teamwork with strong interpersonal skills Entrepreneurial mindset to contribute to the growth of a new organization Travel as needed for business or client needs Management Consultant Requirements A Bachelor's degree in business or science related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred Minimum of 3 years' experience in life science consulting Preferably depth of knowledge in one or more of the following therapeutic areas: Oncology, Neurology, Immunology, Cell & Gene, Rare Disease Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical patient services/hub operations highly valued Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Experience using AI tools Independently manage tasks assigned and collaborative attitude Enhanced skills using PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio Proven project management experience Benefits Available Paid time off through vacation days, sick days, and company holidays Medical and Dental coverage Health Savings Plan (HSA) 401K plan with company match Disability benefits Please note- all candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
