What You’ll Do
Carry out treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
Assist patients in achieving their rehab goals safely and effectively
Document treatments and progress accurately and in compliance with SNF standards
Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team to support continuity of care
Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in California or ability to obtain licensure
Strong communication and patientinteraction skills
