You’ll spend most of your time in the community building relationships that generate referrals and private-pay clients. Position Summary The Community Relations & Business Development Representative is responsible for developing referral partnerships and increasing awareness of FirstLight Home Care throughout Sacramento and Solano Counties. Success in this role is measured by relationships built, referral sources activated, community visibility, and ultimately private-pay client growth.
